bleux takes its range of decorative glass to an all-new level.
March 2nd, 2011
bleux is stepping up its distinctive glass designs with a new finish that doesn’t rely on digital printing for colour and effect.
“The finish is more rich and textural,” explains bleux’s Studio Director Skye Molyneux.
“As it is carved, there is a depth there that we haven’t had before. Also, it is good old-fashioned paint, so the colour depth is greater than what you would normally get from digital printing. It’s hard to show in photos – you either have to just believe us or ask for a sample!”
The new depth and texture achieved is a great addition to bleux’s accomplished existing selection.
The coloured backed glass is best used for splashbacks, whereas the carved glass creates a subtle effect when used as a partition.
