The Blanco Maxi-Zone and LCD Display are revolutionising the world of induction cooktops.
September 13th, 2010
The smart “Maxi’ induction cooking zone offers superior flexibility.
With 6 inductors underneath the cooktop surface you can make the most of this extended space.
The Blanco Maxi-Zone (CI603M) enables you to use more than one small pot at a time or a large pot.
Another innovative addition to the Blanco range, the CI804L with LCD display is not only attractive with its champagne finish, but also intuitive.
With 5 languages options, programmable cooking settings (which allow up to two different power settings and cooking times per zone) and a separate timer for each zone.
Pre-empting those forgetful moments in the kitchen, the tempo function displays the time elapsed since the last time a power setting adjustment was made on zones that are in use.
Other features include a ‘Pasta Program’, ‘Time of Day Display’, ‘Memory Function’ and ‘Lockable Cooking Zones’.
