Leading Australian designer bathroom-ware manufacturer Studio Bagno maximise success with a new minimalist range.
March 31st, 2010
Studio Bagno sets out to perform a design hat trick with its new trio of bench and wall basins called ‘Berlin’.
The recent Brisbane launch of the Berlin series reinforced the overwhelmingly positive response when over 90 architects and designers viewed the series at Bretts Architectural showrooms.
‘Berlin’ has been developed in conjunction with a Dutch architectural firm and hand-crafted in Italy – reinforcing and complimenting the simplicity of the acclaimed Australian designed ‘Q toilet suite’ was the design objective behind the range.
With sartorial skill, Studio Bagno’s ‘Berlin’ range continues in their minimalist approach to bathroom fitting, emphasising ‘tailoring’, ‘cut’ and the play of light on intersecting glazed surfaces.
‘Berlin’ features a rear shelf area with or without tap holes, depending on whether it is bench or wall mounted, and slender 80mm sidewalls.
When mounted as a wall basin, the finest Australian made adjustable zinc-plated steel brackets are used.
The Berlin Three (1260 x 460 x 80) is divided into two wash zones by a pencil line wall and with its two slot wastes emphasises Studio Bagno’s love of understated detail.
