In ‘Bildu’, Mario Ruiz has created for Sellex a crisp, contemporary modular seating option that is offered in timber as well as with seat pad or fully upholstered.
April 19th, 2011
The concept driving the design of Bildu was to afford maximum versatility in configurations for contract, hospital, travel and corporate environments. Ranging from one to five seats the collection extends the option of tables which offers infinite possibilities in layouts by continuing the beam in straight lines as well as allowing 45’ and 90’ angles. All connectors are concealed in the framework retaining the purity of Bildu’s distinct line.
The seat shell comprises a 10mm thick plywood core with exterior sheets in recomposed oak or of course upholstered in a selection from Sellex’s collection or your own fabric choice. Legs and the optional arm-rests are die-cast aluminium and epoxy painted in your choice of white, black or grey.
Offered in oak or upholstered with a choice of white, black or grey colour options for frame and arms. Single seats through to five seater benches. Linking components and a selection of tables affords you infinite possibilities in configuration.
