The sky is the limit when Happy Haus collaborate with Durbach Block.
July 8th, 2010
Award-winnning architecture practice Durbach Block have teamed up with Happy Haus – the architect-designed pre-made homes business – to launch Sky Haus.
As the 1st of 3 double-storey homes in the collaboration – Happy Haus will be preceded by Clock Haus and Bridge Haus, set to be launched later this year.
The Sky Haus consists of a 2 stacked modules, comprised of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen and a living area.
“In today’s urban landscape an efficient design is important and Durbach Block has been mindful of the confined spaces of inner city living,” said Happy Haus Managing Director Toby Lewis.
This efficient method of production enables the homes to be completed in just four to twelve weeks, even when demand is high.
The fully-completed modules are delivered from the Brisbane based factory to sites across the nation by truck and installed within just a few days.
Happy Haus is now selling the Sky Haus for $325,000+ GST.
