Haus is the latest project by Brisbane-based design studio Derlot, headed by award-winning designer Alexander Lotersztain.

For the Asia Pacific design triennial, Derlot have created a trio of miniature houses, which will as intimate spaces to congregate in small numbers throughout the festival.

These three little houses have been based on the macabre fairy tale ‘the three little pigs’, and each space is a unique creation conceived as a space to gather, talk and exchange ideas.

Projects partners include RW Joiners, Laminex Group, Euroluce, Bisazza and Corian by DuPont.

Haus will be open from Monday 4 until Sunday 17 October 2010 at the State Library of Queensland, Brisbane.

Habitus magazine is a media partner for this event.
