Voting ends Friday 26 November for the People’s Choice Award in Designer Rugs’ inaugural Evolve Awards.

The finalists have been announced in the Designer Rugs’ 2010 Evolve Awards and 25 designs are now in the running to be selected as the People’s Choice.
Industry members and the general public are eligible to vote, with the winner receiving a BeoCom 5 phone from Bang and Olufsen, valued at $1, 265.
Voters also go into the draw to win $1000 worth of prizes.
The top 25 were narrowed down from over 850 submissions, with judges keeping an eye out for designs that stood out for their concept, quality and innovation.
You can view all the panel’s selections here. Email your favourite rug design, along with the designer name and your contact details, to evolve@designerrugs.com.au to vote and enter the prize draw. Winners will be announced on the Designer Rugs website on 1 December 2010.
The six designs chosen as finalists in the Evolve Awards will be hand-made to join the ID Collection, with each rug limited to an edition of 30 and available for sale from Designer Rugs. The overall winner will be announced on 30 November 2010.
The Evolve Awards will continue as an annual event, continuing Designer Rugs’ commitment to creativity and innovation in surface design.
