GETTING TO MILAN
Milan is great. An annual event where all our friends meet to eat, drink and on occasions do some ’business’. This year is our first time presenting work, which is quite an exciting prospect. But first and foremost we have to get there!
Frankfurt, and one of the best airplane logos.
As all people who reside in Australia know, Europe is far far away. For us Adelaideans it is a 30 hour trip and, as you can imagine, after a voyage like this all we felt like doing upon arriving was to eat and sleep (except we accidentally fell asleep at 2pm and woke up at 10pm!)
Good thing our hotel offers a marvellous selection of English-speaking TV – Project Runway, anyone?
After recovering from the trip we hit the ground running, attending the press day for the exhibition our work is being shown in, The Other Hemisphere in Ventura Lambrate.
The Other Hemisphere exhibition.
Our work!
We also took a lovely stroll from our hotel and sat in a park.
We found this nice place…
…and ended the day with a tasty treat! We LOVE food!
Tomorrow is the official first day so there will be lots to see.
Goodnight.
Dan and Emma.
