Announced on Friday 10 June, the 2016 awards captured some of Australia’s most innovative design projects, from established design practices as well as emerging talent. A Darling Point apartment by Chenchow Little took out the top prize, for its rich, honeyed timber panelling and flexible joinery, which allows the client to display, rotate and curate his extensive, inspired art collection within the space.
Here are a few of our other favourites amongst this year’s winners.
