'The Project' initiative has partnered some of Australia’s top architecture and design firms with participating showrooms in design collaborations at Saturday in Design, inviting them to install exciting environments within showrooms, using products to highlight the quality and creative possibilities they offer.

Creative limits will be pushed with each partnership working together to develop exciting and inspirational showcases for the thousands of Saturday in Design visitors to view.
Viewers can expect to be captivated by realms of the virtual, the gravity defying, the edible, the interactive and the unbelievable.
So, as well as the usual activities revolving around Saturday in Design, Melbourne will house an excess of awe-inspiring installations and innovations, reflecting the city’s vibrant design culture and wealth of talent.
