PYD at Saturday in Design

Join retailers such as The Country Trader, Arte Sofas, De Poortere, Koda Lighting and Rogerseller for Saturday in Design 2009.

Saturday in Design, Australia’s premier design event is almost upon us, and this year’s Sydney event will once again welcome the dynamic PYD building to the mix.

In 2009 this leading design resource is a must-see, with showrooms including The Country Trader (sharing with Designer Rugs), Arte Sofas, De Poortere, Koda Lighting and Rogerseller.

Bounded by Phillip, Young and Danks Streets this unique venue will also house seven companies in the warehouse space, with products from ArthurG, Intermain, ISM Objects, James Richardson Group, Sebel Furniture and Tait.

The PYD Building is also offering a unique opportunity to align your company with this Sydney design hub. The award-winning architecturally designed building has a funky retail space for lease.

The newly fit out 167m2 space features natural light, PBAX telecom, air conditioning, a computerised lighting system, continuous poured vinyl flooring and one car space is also available.

However, your own spot in the PYD building buys you much more than just floor space, with active advertising and public relations campaigns the location has an ever-increasing patronage of design-focussed destination shoppers. PYD is also neighboured by the popular Fratelli Fresh and Danks St Depot, further increasing foot traffic.

Share in the benefits of PYD's dynamic promotions to drive your sales. This perfect retails space is available immediately for a three plus three year term.

Be in and trading in time for Saturday in Design ’09 as over 4,000 members of the trade – architects, specifiers and interior designers – descend on this design destination.
