The latest addition to ILVE’s Professional Range of kitchen appliances.
April 3rd, 2012
The ILVE 948 SXMP 90cm Built-in is an oven so intelligent it will tell you when your meal is cooked to perfection. An oven so functional it allows you to cook two large roasts simultaneously. An oven so powerful it heats up in less than eight minutes. An oven so superior it will transform the way you cook.
The giant 110 litre capacity allows for large roasts and vegies to be cooked at the same time.
Built to professional standards and requirements, the 948 SXMP boasts an automatic roasting probe to ensure tender meat every time. Simply use the automatic ILVE roasting probe and set the temperature to between 0°C and 99°C and ILVE’s microprocessor will do the rest.

The multifunction electric oven will automatically switch off at exactly the temperature you program into the meat probe for a roast cooked to perfection.
Turbowave Quickstart technology heats the oven to 180°C in less than eight minutes flat. The built-in oven also features a full internal grill system for large portions when grilling and baking, plus fast and accurate variable temperature adjustment between 0°C and 250°C.
While a highlight of the Professional range is its superior cooking technology, the standard functions you expect from ILVE, including the electric rotisserie, precision thermostatic control, concealed grill element, programmable timer and turbo wave cooking feature, have not been forgotten.
Cleaning is a breeze with a low-maintenance, non-staining vitreous enamel interior plus a detachable oven and inner glass door. As stylish as it is functional, the Professional series 948 SXMP is available in Stainless Steel.
Release your inner chef with ILVE’s 948 SXMP professional series built in oven. The 90cm built in oven is on display in ILVE showrooms and selected retailers across the country.
